Board meetings are held at 10:30 AM on the second Monday of each month. All meetings are open to the public and the public is invited to attend. All meetings can be attended via telephone when requested. Anyone needing special services or instructions to participate in a meeting via telephone should call Frankie at 541-547-3266, preferably 48 hours in advance.

In order to remain compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), none of the attachements to the minutes are available online, and all minutes and agendas previous to November 2024 have been removed from the website. We are working to add compliant agendas and minutes. If you would like any of the attachements, agendas or minutes, please call the station to request a copy.
